Conditions We Assess for Medical Cannabis Treatment

Natural Intelligence.
Clinical Precision.
Medical cannabis may be considered for patients living with certain chronic conditions, particularly when conventional treatments have not provided sufficient relief.
Our clinicians assess each patient individually, taking into account their diagnosis, medical history, and previous treatments. If appropriate, cannabis-based medicines may be prescribed as part of a personalised treatment plan.
Common Areas of Care
Below are some of the conditions patients commonly seek consultations for. This list is not exhaustive, and eligibility is always determined through clinical assessment.
When Patients Often Seek a Consultation
Medical cannabis consultations are commonly considered when:

A condition has been formally diagnosed

Two or more treatments have already been tried

Symptoms continue to affect quality of life

Patients wish to explore alternative treatment options with a specialist

Clinical Assessment Is Always Required
Medical cannabis is prescribed only after a specialist clinician reviews a patient’s medical history and determines whether treatment is appropriate.
Not all patients will be eligible for treatment, and prescribing decisions are made on an individual clinical basis.
